phperya Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the phperya platform — including the website at phperya.net, any related mobile applications, and all associated services — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player") and phperya (the "Platform").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phperya platform. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms should be read together with the phperya Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phperya.

To register and maintain an account with phperya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by phperya through identity verification procedures.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law at the time of accessing the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of phperya or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by phperya or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

phperya reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card (such as a Philippine National ID, Passport, SSS ID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

Each registered player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the phperya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or personal details — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. phperya strongly recommends that all players:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account security settings.
• Never share their account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of the platform after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact phperya support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

phperya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified phperya of a security breach in a timely manner.

All financial transactions on the phperya platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). phperya currently accepts the following payment methods:

• E-Wallets: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Coins.ph
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether)

Deposits are credited to your phperya account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. phperya does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own fees — please verify with your bank or e-wallet provider before depositing.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed phperya's Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• phperya reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request before processing, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

Deposits and withdrawals made in the course of bonus wagering activity are subject to the additional terms set out in Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) below.

phperya offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the required KYC verification process, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion page before you claim the bonus.
• Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are listed in the relevant promotion terms.

• phperya reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice where fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the phperya platform — including slot games, live dealer titles, table games, and instant games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics supplied by licensed third-party game providers, including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and Spadegaming, among others.

The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published by game providers represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual play sessions. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes. All game outcomes are independent and random.

In the event of a malfunction, software error, or communication failure during a game round, phperya reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the corresponding stake amount to the player's account balance. phperya's decision in such circumstances shall be final.

Players must use the phperya platform only through official, authorised client interfaces. The use of automated playing software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interfere with normal game operation is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phperya platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether in your own name or using third-party identities).
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game where such collusion would affect the integrity of outcomes.
• Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data belonging to other players or to phperya without authorisation.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any aspect of the phperya platform, including game content, without prior written authorisation from phperya.

All content on the phperya platform — including but not limited to the phperya brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phperya or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phperya platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any phperya content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any phperya content.
• Use the phperya brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the phperya platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phperya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phperya platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or force majeure events beyond phperya's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the platform, including game RTP data or promotional descriptions.
• Any loss of gambling winnings due to a game malfunction where phperya has voided the relevant game round and refunded the corresponding stake.

phperya does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors or technical defects. phperya will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of any outage or disruption.

phperya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for a phperya account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

phperya is committed to protecting the personal data of Filipino players in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to unauthorised third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to provide the platform's services (such as payment processing and identity verification).

phperya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, following notification to the registered email address.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account suspension or closure.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, phperya reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request the closure of your phperya account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

phperya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phperya will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

If you continue to use the phperya platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phperya platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phperya's support team. phperya will use its best efforts to respond to and resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit phperya's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or platform integrity.
